Golf Teams for Hoop Dreams’ focus is to raise money for our local Youth Ambassador Program (YAP). The YAP aims to impact disadvantaged youth by using basketball as a common ground where kids can interact and learn from one another in a safe environment. Our program combines learning fundamental skills of the game with character-building instruction, such as learning how to receive constructive criticism and understanding teamwork. We challenge our kids to use what they learn outside of the court in the real world every day.

With our partner Ballogy, a cutting-edge basketball development platform, we are bringing elite-level training, analytics, and skill-tracking technology to those who need it most. Together, we are focused on reaching at-risk and underserved communities, those we work alongside every day, giving them access to resources that could help make a difference.

Through our partnership with Ballogy, The Basketball Embassy will use the app in several ways. Our TBE Training Group, led by our founder Chris Dial, and the TBE staff, will create personalized workouts and ongoing challenges to keep the community engaged and motivated. In the Coaches Corner, we will share valuable coaching insights and thought leadership, offering action items to help you elevate your knowledge and approach to the game. Along with other, data insights and state-of-the-art tracking mechanisms to help our community members be the best version of themselves, on and off the court.

Proceeds will help us strengthen our outreach in San Antonio and continue to foster our connections with Haven for Hope and SAMMinistries, where we currently provide our programming for their youth.
